Episode 1
Technology and old-fashioned police legwork combine when the number plate on a drug dealer’s car flashes up a warning. What the dealer does next forces the team to take desperate measure to get their man. Elsewhere, the interceptors launch a chase to catch a couple of knife-wielding robbers in a stolen Toyota. And officers’ patience is sorely tested when a driver protests about a minor offence.
Episode 2
A transit van tries to shake off the Interceptors in the back alleys of North East London, while another unit races deep into the countryside where a tractor's overturned and the driver's fighting for his life. The Air Support Unit's chopper uses its hi-tech kit to hunt a car thief in Southend.
Episode 3
The interceptors embark on a high-speed chase when thieves steal a BMW. A drunk driver is detained and police must contend with a group of menacing teenagers.
Episode 4
With a population of 1.3 million people and a network of major motorways, Essex is a tough patch to police. The interceptor team is manned by 20 hand-picked officers who are specially trained to drive at high speeds.
Episode 5
Officers pursue a group of international car thieves attempting to leave the country in a stolen BMW. In Southend, burglary suspects fleeing back to London are surrounded by multiple interceptor units. And the cops chase a drunk driver through Epping Forest.

The police dog unit is called into action to chase a thief. The pursuit of a Range Rover leads the interceptors to a haul of stolen cars. And tensions run high when the cops are put on intruder alert.

The high-speed police interception unit pursues a stolen car through the suburbs of Essex until the thieves turn into a cul-de-sac and, though seemingly trapped, still try to escape. Elsewhere, officers deal with a fight outside a nightclub and tackle boy racers in Southend
Episode 11
Essex's high-speed police interception unit chases the drivers of a stolen BMW X5, and the Stanway team gives two unsuspecting car thieves an early morning wake-up call. Elsewhere, officers discover a vehicle that has been turned into a four-wheeled petrol bomb, and a road-tax evader encounters trouble with the law.
Episode 12
The interceptors chase a stolen 4x4, give a couple of car thieves an early wake-up call and tackle a road-tax evader. In the second edition, Stanway Police are first on the scene of a bad car crash on a country road; and four cop cars pursue a speeding jeep down the M25.
Episode 13
The interceptors tackle a dangerous felon brandishing a machete and a car thief in a 4x4. Elsewhere, the chief inspector unveils the latest weapon in the interceptors’ ongoing fight against crime.
Episode 14
This last episode offers a look back at the highlights of the series, including the unit’s efforts to catch a thief in a stolen 4x4 who tried to run a police Evo off the road. Elsewhere, officers have a trick up their sleeves when a speeding driver attempts to outrun nine cop cars and a helicopter.
